3 foot dock with a 3 stair and a kinked rail. also there is curbs,and non waxed ledges. there is a dock that is about the same size as peppertrees ssize. there is 2 gaps. one has a lot of runway and is about 4 feet and the other is were a tree used to be. that oone is about6 feet long. a lot of police drive by and only a few care about helmets. so if one comes up to u. say. ay nigga. fuck yo ccouch
